2. Confidentiality: All content, assessment methodologies, rating systems, and evaluation frameworks contained in this tool are confidential and proprietary. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through this tool.
3. No Reproduction or Distribution: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Assessment Tool without express written permission from Pickle With Pong.
4. No Sharing: Users agree not to share access credentials, assessment results (except with assessed players), or any proprietary methodologies with any third party without prior written authorization from Pickle With Pong.

   • Use the Assessment Tool to create competing products or services
   • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
   • Access the tool through automated means without authorization
7. Termination: Pickle With Pong reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to this Assessment Tool at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms.
8. Legal Action: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this Assessment Tool may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
